    Nubira Vs Logan

    Da Loganul mi s-a parut cam dur am stat in spate pe dist. Cernavoda Medgidia si ma zgaltait bine . Trebuie sa recunosc ca nu zdranganea nimic prin el, totusi mi s-a parut cam puturos in tr 4 si a5a.
  3. Arcul se numeste bimetal dar la Tico termoelementul de la soclu functioneaza la fel ca un termostat de radiator si are un burduf cu parafina care se dilata la caldura ! Se folosesc si bimetale pt a actiona socul, am umblat la un carb. de Reno 18 care era echipat cu asa ceva!
  4. m-am gandit si eu la chestia asta ai perfecta dreptate eu o pornesc mai des in timpul zilei si nu mai am nici o problema .. aveam de gand s-o fac cu un cablu ,dar varianta cu actuatorul e mai eleganta si o s-o pun practica cat de curand !

Surubul din capatul termoelementului de soc este surubul de reglaj al relantiului se presupune ca umbli la el in momentul in care motorul este cald deci cand tija termoelementului de soc a iesit la maximum.Clapeta de soc este actionata prin intermediul unui arc, ea se deschide complet in momentul in care tija termoelementului de soc si-a facut cursa completa (poti vedea asta cu motrul cald demontand capacul filtrului clapeta de soc trebuie sa fie deschisa complet),daca nu se intampla asta cred ca termoelementul trebuie inlocuit ,vezi ca s-a mai postat am pus poza cu carb. pt. Shenck parca ca sa vada cursa completa a socului!!!

Eu am anulat socul automat pe timpul veri(cu toate ca imi functioneaza perfect) este adevarat ca acum cand este mai rece dimineata mai face fitze (cine a avut dacie berlina si deschidea socul mai devreme pe timp rece stie !!!),iar surubul de relanti fiind intepenit si neexisind pos. sa folosesti o surubelnita (decat una f.scurta)am introdus intre surub si cama respectiva o placuta pe post de distantier!!! Am incercat mai multe grosimi pana mi-a convenit turatia de relanti. Mi-a fost frica ca o sa cada de acolo dar nu este nici un pericol caci arcul este f.tare. De mentionat ca au disparut problemele la pornire cu motorul caldut(opriri de 1-2h ) cand soclul automat incepea sa se inchida si provoca pornire mai greoaie!!! Daca prezinta interes ce am facut eu voi pune poze!

    Toyota "i-unit"

    Together with the Endo Concept, at Frankfurt Toyota will display the "i-unit", an original urban vehicle which debuted earlier this year, at the New York Auto Show. The i-unit is an update of the Toyota PM, which was presented in 2003 at the Tokyo Auto Show. The current version is smaller than its antecedent and weighs roughly 400 pounds. The i-unit creates a seamless transformation between the vehicle and human movement, minimizing occupied space and energy consumption with its lightweight and ultra compact size. Its components are made with decomposable and recyclable materials to reduce impact on the environment. The concept operates in an upright and horizontal mode. Its small size enables the driver to move among people in an upright position in low speed mode. The i-unit reclines in high-speed mode and its low center of gravity ensures stable handling. The length and width of the i-unit are respectively 1.100 x 1.800 mm in low speed mode and 1,800 x 1,250 mm in hi-speed mode. According to Toyota, "i-unit represents a new approach to human mobility that enables the driver to interact with his or her surroundings. The design is inspired by a leaf, a natural expression of life on earth."

    Peugeot Moovie

    At Frankfurt Peugeot will display the 1:1 scale prototype of the Moovie, the project winner of the 3rd edition of the Peugeot Design Competition. The Moovie was created by a Portuguese designer, André Costa, and was voted as the best project among 3,800 entries. The main reasons for the award were the original style, expressing a clear allegiance with the Marque, and its many innovations which make it a genuine future prospect. The Peugeot likeness is shown subtly, since André Costa cleverly used the U, which usually frames the lion on the front of the Marque’s models.This presentation is even more astute, since here the U structures the passenger compartment, connecting the generous front windscreen to the rear windscreen in a single line. The vehicle also features numerous innovations. Its doors, which house the rear wheels, have a dual function.The first allows easy access to the passenger compartment, thanks to two swivel doors.The second reduces the energy consumption required to drive the Moovie, thanks to its large wheel dimensions. In addition, the Moovie is exceptionally agile under all circumstances and can be driven easily in restricted spaces thanks to the two spheres located at the front. The making of the prototype The Moovie was built under the supervision of the Peugeot Style Centre, according to criteria normally used for the construction of vehicles intended for a Motor Show.Three months’ work was required, from the digitization phase to the final model exhibited at the Frankfurt Motor Show. In the absence of three-dimensional drawings, it was necessary to give proportions to this project, for the exterior and interior, that conformed to the general idea mooted by André Costa. Digitization of the vehicle as a whole and its component parts made it possible to obtain a precise 3D image of the Moovie.This phase was essential, making it possible to determine the car’s reference data – length, width and height, as well as its architecture. Using this data, a 1/5 scale reference model was produced, giving body to this virtual reality. Once the model was approved, production could begin. Production starts with the machining of a scale 1 model.This high-density foam model is produced on the basis of digital specifications. Its purpose is to give substance to the volumes and allow necessary adjustments to curves and radii, to give the body a curvier finish. The physical medium allows the production of resin moulds.The six moulds needed to produce the body are then assembled and lined with epoxy resin. Used in the mass production of cars, this 3 mm thick resin has mechanical properties guaranteeing excellent rigidity. At the same time, parts such as the headlights, seats and fascia panel are also moulded. The sidelights and headlamps use polycarbonate, while the casing relies on the technique of nylon sintering.The colour of the parts is obtained by plexiglass cut from a solid block. The seats consist of two epoxy half-shells assembled on a steel chassis. The fascina panel is made of high-density foam, milled from a solid block. The different body parts are then assembled. This stage is the longest, since it necessitates a high level of precision: parts are lightly reworked, certain assembly procedures are modified. The generous glazed surface area of the Moovie is made of polycarbonate. Before being installed on the body, this thermoformed part is adjusted with meticulous attention to detail. The paint is applied in two stages. A polyurethane primer thinned with water is applied first, allowing final corrections to be made to the body.Three different paint pigments are then applied, the final aspect being given by the varnish: brilliant for the body, soft for the interior. The Moovie can now receive the Marque badge. The lion is made in stereo before being chromeplated.   18. Daca s-a intamplat dupa doua saptamani e firesc sa porneasca mai greu,benzina din camera de nivel constant s-a evaporat si primele doua trei incercari n-au facut decat sa aduca benzina in carb. La dacie ,,dadeam la coada" ca sa umplem carb,la Tico nu este posibil. Totusi daca fenomenul se produce la 24-48 de ore inseamna ca sunt alte probleme legate de carb. Nu cred ca are leg. cu fisele si bujiile care daca ar fi in neregula s-ar manifesta prin intreruperi.Ca sa verifici starea fiselor porneste motorul seara intr-un loc neiluminat ,deschide capota si spune -ne ce ai vazut!
