what is the exact oil grade for my car motor i must used,i dont have a service manual to know,knowing that im from lebanon and our country weather is hot (35 c ) with high humidity levels (85%)

also how i can test the level of the automatic transmition oil since ther is no testing tool

It's an old engine type,you can use with no problems 10W-40.

Ok, you can go with any 10w40, 10w50 or 15w50 grade oil. I don't know what oils you have on the market; around here, we'd stay away from Aral.

 

Castrol, OMV were successfully used by our forum's members, without problems.

just got a gallon of Castrol GTX 20w50 since it's cheaper. i'm still to observe its effects on how the engine runs since i'm coming from a different brand (local) 5w40. appreciate your help
