Noul Aveo 2008

Nu sufla nimeni nimic de modelul nou de Aveo? Eu sincer il consider foarte reusit, mult mai sportiv (evacuare dubla, mai lasat, jante pe 16 cu gume Khumo nu Hankook, cadrane cromate in interior etc) e "moarte" dupa parerea mea. Fata lasa un pic de dorit ma refer in sensul lipsei de inspiratie parca sunt niste faruri de seria 7 cu aspect de golf 5 o grila de Audi in fine. Voi ce ziceti?

Eu zic ca au luat o masina mica si draguta, desenata de un 'priceput', si i-au pus o monstruasa mecla care'i parca prea masiva si pt un Q7.

 

Da' nah. Ah, si au mai pus vreo 10cai in plus la motoru' de 1.2 si 4 (!!!) la cel in 16V, 1.4. Cat despre jantele pe 16... :) )

Există două variante de motoare pe benzină: noul motor de 1.2 litri de 84 cp şi motorul existent de 1.4 litri care dezvoltă acum 98 cp şi este disponibil şi cu transmisie automată.

Vânzările vor începe în martie 2008.

Este un facelift nu un model nou, a fost si la SIAB, arata ingrozitor . Arata prea agresiv, cred ca cel mai bine faci asa ceva numai pe varianta de 3 usi dar trebuie sa mai umbli si pe la motor si suspensie .

Eu ma hazardez si zic ca arata interesant, DAR mare pacat ca nu i-au pus si o motorizare mai acatarii, macar un motor micut turbo. Ar fi devenit un low-budget hot-car :)

Spatele este chiar reusit :thumbl: dar masca fata disproportionata rau ,prea mare si prizele alea de aer de la baza stalpilor parbizului (sau pe aripi parca) chiar nu le inteleg rostul sunt urate parca sunt luate din targ si lipite acolo ,pe ansamblu tot ingusta si inalta pare !

Acceleration: **

Racing with rollerbladers can be a gamble and merging onto the highway in heavy traffic requires smashing the pedal to the floor. Still, the Aveo isn't a total sloth. You can call it peppy, but you'll miss any sensation of being pushed back into your seat.

 

Braking: **

Front discs and rear drums get the job done just fine. The Aveo loses points for making antilock brakes optional, even in top-level LT trim.

 

Ride: ****

The Aveo smooths out bumps and jitters like a car that was designed with grandma's bladder as the sole consideration. It's absolutely shocking how solidly planted this car is when you're moving through traffic above highway speeds. But we also have a sneaking suspicion that this may be a blessing that comes at the expense of the...

 

Handling: *

Under 50 mph, steering is dull, with little feedback or on-center feel. Combined with serious amounts of body roll, going through curves quickly and smoothly is nearly impossible. At highway speeds, unpredictable steering can be terrorizing. Sometimes small movements render as sudden jerks; other times, they won't even keep you from drifting out of lane. While the excellent ride squelches road noise and bumps at 80 mph, the steering gear makes going over 55 a white-knuckle experience.

 

Gearbox: ***

Our Aveo was equipped with the four-speed automatic transmission. The autobox shifted smoothly and generally knew when the right foot wanted needed a downshift.

 

Audio: **

All sedan models come standard with an auxiliary audio input and six-speakers that pump out acceptable sound quality. Strangely, the LS sedan comes standard with only the AM/FM stereo and aux input, but no CD player. We knew CDs were on their way out, but is it already time to totally ditch the disc? Maybe Chevy's just that much of a trend-setter.

 

Toys: zero stars

There's nothing here that really qualifies as a toy...unless you want to count the Aveo in its entirety as a toy.

 

Trunk: **

Just as you'd expect, a small car has a small trunk. It does the 60/40 thing for larger loads, but fitting any overly broad items -- like luggage or a cooler -- through that trunk opening.

 

Value: ****

The Aveo sedan's ugly-duckling five-door sibling may claim title as the lowest-priced car in America at $10,595. But it's ugly, so spend the extra $2,000 to get a sedan and you'll still get a hell of a bargain. Start with the top-level LT model and you'll get all of the good stuff like power windows, keyless entry and power heated mirrors, for just $14,365. That's a bare-bones econobox price for a car with far more features.

 

Overall: **

The Aveo is much more mature than you'd expect from its size or its price. A smooth ride and fuel-friendly engine will serve the tight-walleted commuter well. But you don't measure a subcompact in how fast it is so much as consider how slow it is. So regardless of the Aveo's ability to transport students or 9-to-5'ers and their Starbucks drinks to work in comfort, it's not for even the remotely performance-minded buyer. Power is meager and with such a lack of feedback, it's like driving the car with a Nintendo controller. Want a warranty and clean history? Get an Aveo. Want something exciting? Check the classifieds.

Hello, @alice, sedanul asta 2008 exista si in ro din martie 2006, cat despre uratenie, well e gustul tau, btw. cielo imi parea oribil cand aparut, totusi etalonul absolut la uratenie ramane loganul ! Si nu va mai luati dupa toate idiotismele de review-uri americane ca aia traiesc pe alta planeta fata de Europa, au alte standarde alte conceptii, alte aspiratii.Oricum ce a facut Chevrolet in Korea la Daewoo, cel putin pentru piata din UE, e o masina adevarata, ca nu corespunde "pretentiilor" pietii din USA e o alta poveste, desi si acolo se pare ca e best buy in segmentul ei.Te rog pe tine si pe altii sa nu mai vorbiti numai judecand niste poze, fa un drive test si nu o sa iti mai trebuie cielo, no offence, intre masinile astea produse de aceiasi firma sunt totusi 10 ani de progres care isi spun cuvantul.

un review foarte foarte subiectiv, deloc profesional. se observa un iz de sarcasm si ironie indiferent de felul in care masina este. probabil concurenta sau vre-o marca suparata ca au mai putine vanzari decat aveo are a facut comentariul acela. ma mir ca nu a comparat aveo cu vre-un ferrari f 430 sau Bmw M6 daca tot a criticat-o atat de dur. Ce sa vrei de la o masina mica si ieftina mai mult decat sa fie buna? Dupa mintea celui cu review-ul pai sa moara mama daca nu e buna de curse mai bine ii dai foc...parerea lui :) ) copil prost.

 

Auzi cica ce inspira masina " "I'm on my way to a rave" hipster-mobile image for the "I'm on my way to a mediocre job" commuter-mobile image. It's wholly unoffensive, and equally uninspiring." A zis cineva ca e o masina extraordinara si mortal de frumoasa? NU! Ce comenteaza el habar n-am asa ca sa se mai dea-n gatu ma-sii sa-si ia concediu sa dispara!

Vai, cat de urat este sedanul.. in comparatie cu pozele de mai sus, si cu modelul actual...

 

:) ) n-ai mai iesit de mult pe strazi inseamna... Aveo sedan e deja invechit

Ori eram eu obosit, ori... nu stiu.

Mie mi s-a parut un pic diferit fata de ce se vede pe strazile noastre (semnalizatoarele, farurile?).

johnny72: nu trebuie sa fac nici un drive-test pentru a putea spune despre o masina ca este urata. N-am zis niciodata ca Aveo este prost, sau ca nu as da oricand Cielo pt. Aveo.
