Supapa Egr

Bună. De curand s-a aprins MIL . După scanare a indicat codul P 1403 "Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Failure". Cei din service au spus că supapa s--a blocat din cauza turaţiilor mici de funcţionare a motorului în circuit urban. Au reactivat supapa din calculator şi au şters eroarea din memorie. După această operaţine am avut un drum lung aproximativ 500 km şi am folosit cu predilecţie turatii ridicate ( 3000 - 3500 rpm), conform indicaţiilor celor din service. A doua zi după aprox . 50 km s-a aprins din nou MIL. :grumpy: :o

P1403:

 

The ECM monitors the results of its command through a feedback signal. By sending a 5 volt reference and a ground to the EGR valve, a voltage signal representing the EGR valve pintle position is sent to the ECM. This feedback signal can also be monitored on a scan tool and is the actual position of the EGR pintle. The actual EGR position should always be near the commanded or Desired EGR position.

This Diagnostic Trouble Code(DTC) will detect an open or short circuit.

 

Conditions for Setting the DTC

 

The vehicle is part load.

The engine controls system is in closed loop.

Engine Coolant Temperature(ECT) is greater than 60°C(140°F).

Intake Air Temperature(IAT) is greater than 15°C(59°F).

Manifold Absolute Pressure is greater than 75kPA.

The open EGR value is higher than 10%.

Mass Air Flow is between 71~174mg/tdc.

Engine Speed Is Between 1,950~2,600rpm.

EGR potentiometer voltage is less than 0.4V.

EGR potentiometer voltage is higher than 1.75V or integral term of EGR controller blocked in high or low limit.

DTCs P0107, P0108, P0112, P0113, P0117, P0118, P0122, P0123, P0131, P0300, P0335, P0336, P0341, P0342, P1671, P1672, P1673 are NOT SET

Action Taken When the DTC Sets

 

The Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) will illuminate after three consecutive trip with a fail.

 

MIL se aprinde dupa a treia pornire la care sunt indeplinite conditiile de mai sus. Deci, la service ti-au facut mai nimic. Supapa este blocata (se desface si se curata/schimba) sau potentiometru intern este stricat (se inlocuieste supapa).

Ai naibii calculatoristii astia, trebuia sa-ti dea de gandit ca asa ceva e o culme a tehnologiei care nu se gaseste pe Chevrolet.

Sa ne zici ce s-a mai rezolvat, sfatul meu e sa schimbi supapa cu totul, nu e mai mult de 250 lei.
