Cielo Check Engine And Then Stopped Help

the car as working fine

suddenly and when driving and going to decelerate or stop the car ,the check engine is on and the idle level start play from 0.2 to 1 and then car stops

the car don't turn off wherever the rpm is above 1.5

some times the check engine is on and the same thing happen when the car is in park and don't move and when pressing accelerating pedal the motor don't respond and hearing a small blowing sound from exhaust

changed sparkplugs,ht cables,coolant sensor

any suggestion please

could it be from desperator rotating gap or cover or maybe the coil

Yes it is possible to be from distributor or ignition coil, but it will help us to give us more data such as: km on board, did you change something at it until now, what kind of spark do you use, is the fuel pump OK etc etc.
